Obtaining results of blood tests and x-rays requested by a GP or Practice Nurse:

Please ONLY ring for results after 2.00 pm and allow between 2 & 5 working days. 

The doctors indicate if the results are normal or defines the appropriate action.  The receptionist will communicate this to you if you contact us to obtain your results. 

Online

By Letter

Cervical smear results are sent directly to patients by letter from the cervical screening service.

Hospital results

Results of investigations requested by the hospital team or other agencies will be sent back to that team and the practice will not receive these results unless we receive a letter from that team which can take several weeks/months.  Please do not contact us for these results.
